Who can make events?
Everyone who is playing on the servers.

How to make events
You need to make a topic and have xp to give the winner the xp price. The minimum of the xp is 250. So that means if u want to give for example 240xp the event topic will be closed. U need to buy or get the xp self the admins will not give u xp for the event!
U need to type in the topic how to win the price for when there is a winner. Here is a example for making a event topic.

If you're scamming and u don't give the price to the winner u will get banned on the forums and servers. Before a event starts u can better invite one of the admins for rulebreakers.
